I also looked into Scottsdale Art Factory and called them on a few pieces of furniture. They were very high in everything I requested a quote on. I found cabinandlodge.com and avalanche-ranch.com has some very reasonable and beautiful lighting.
We have an appalachian stlye house (hand hewn, rectangular log, board and batten eves), in Southern Va. We wanted period correct lighting, and there are only a few things to choose from: Candles, lanterns, and lamps, mostly. If you are looking for period correct for a rustic home, go here.
They serve everyone from Six Flags to Disneyland. Their very unique heavy tin shades make it possible to hang electrified Dietz lanterns (which they will convert for you) which cast light downward. We did cheat and install hidden track lighting. Sometimes, it's gotta be bright. Using an electrified Dietz lantern as a wall sconce looks fantastic.
