Spruce Valley
We are in the process of building the Spruce Valley. I think that we are one of the first to build this specific plan. If there is anyone out there with more info on the Spruce Valley design please send it our way.

Gary & Bev--I can say that you are the FIRST to build this beautiful new design. I very much appreciate any pictures, design critiques, and tips you come up with during your project.
Being the first to build this design shows a true Pioneer spirit. One that is shared with everyone in this particular neighborhood. Keep us posted!!
