Need Help With Buying A Condo

Hi guys,

I got this new job in North York so I'm moving to North York.
I gotta go in two weeks and I'm thinking about buying a condo there soon so that my whole family can shift.

And I prefer a condo rather than detached or townhouse as it'll fit in my budget. But I'm really confused about which one to buy, a pre-construction or a completed condo.

Yesterday I found some pretty cool new condos for sale in North York from this website. Some of em look really good to me. It would be great if anyone could say which one would be the better. Thanks in advance!
