Re: Restaining with PermaChink
My log home is eleven years old and tomorrow I start the restaining process for the fourth time. I'm going "by the book" with PermaChink products and directions, after not being satisfied with the previous results. I won't blame any of the products because I may have not followed the directions perfectly.

I do wish you good luck! My husband and I just finished our house, it took us almost 2 and 1/2 months. We also used PermaChink and we went by the "book". This will be the very last time we will ever undertake a project of the magnitude!!!!!!! If for some reason we can't keep the topcoat on it and it ever needs refinishing again IT will be covered in siding!!!!!!!!
