I  have no interest in doing any on the building of my log home myself; in this case, I know my limitations.  So I want to go turn key.  Any thoughts on the pros/cons of getting one turnkey gc to handle everything vs getting one person to do the dry-in and another person to finish it out?

I had no problem using two contractors, one to assemble logs and frame rooms and roof, and one to coordinate foundation, drives, plumbing, etc. We did do the electical, insulation, tile floors in baths and interior painting/sealing ourselves. Construction required 9 months and this saved $100,000 over turnkey.
