Joe,

I got two of the same e-mails. I also sent a message to the administrator. Might hear something by Monday.

Hello Marsha - You might want to consider purchasing a small travel kennel for Wick a few weeks before your move and putting a familiar blanket or something in it. Start by putting him in it for a few minutes each day and gradually leave him in for longer periods of time. Then start putting him in your parked vehicle for a few minutes at a time and then short drives. This might help calm his fear of the car. Another alternative would be to ask your vet for some Ativan to help relieve his anxiety. A naturopathic animal practitioner might also be able to recommend a herbal remedy.

I wish you and yours a safe and uneventful journey to your new home!

O'siyo Folks - I'm a littler nervous about moving my 7-year old "wuss puss" from Florida to our new log home in Tennessee. (He's scared of the car) To add insult to injury, when we get to the mountain poor ol' Wick will also need to get used to living with his doggie sister Abra while learning his way around his new home! Anyone have suggestions on how to make these adventures easier for all concerned?

This is Alice. She is the clown among our log dogs. She is a 9 yo blue heeler and our border collie below is named Nixon.

Meet Lucky and Dakota, soon to be "Log Dogs"! We also have six cats, but I won't bore y'all with photos of them here. ( :

This is Abra. She is a Carolina Dog (an American dingo), the only dog breed indigenous to North America... the original Indian camp dog.

Oh, my golly it worked! It just looked like instructions and not a photo. Anyway, this is Wick below (our black kitty)

Can someone give me instructions on how to add an image? I've tried to pull something from my harddrive by clicking on the photo icon (which comes up at the top of the comment block), but only get the following sort of thing:
