I am a developer and a builder who is very interested in honest green building. We have 2 developments coming on line and we plan to build primarily log and timber frame homes.
Our focus is homes built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Enviromental design) Energy Star and WNC HealthyBuilt Home certification. By using these programs people are sure to get what they pay for and not be mislead with supposed "green" products. Home certified such as this carry the documentation forever. We currently have 3 homes in various stages of building which will meet these standards with 3rd party independent certifiaction.
Are you lucky enough to be living in a log home?
After more than 1 1/2 years of research to learn more about log homes we are now representing True North Log Homes. We have two of these underway as well as a reclaimed antique log and timber frame home.
What timeframe are you looking to start your dream home?
