Remove interior chinking

Greetings!I am new to the forum.  We recently purchased our home and the previous owners applied chinking to all of the interior.  For example, where two interior tounge and groove walls met; they chinked it; which made if very hard to remove.I am remodeling my loft bathroom and there is chinking on the interior of a beam (not exposed to outdoor elements).  I would like to remove the chinking from those beams.  I have pulled/scraped, but I am looking for a better method.Any ideas!!!Love the…See More
