"My 2 cents ....have at her. Also pop off some vertical trim and see if the 2x stock (buck) is tight top and bottom...... That should been built with a 1/2 inch gap for shrinkage. if it schrunk by 1/2 inch it may be tight...... But if you see…"

"Humm no slot for the logs to move and staining on the logs? Looks like the bolts are holding up the log and letting the wind and water in..... Do you see daylight between them? Or some sort of lift,gaping? So when you remove the ill installed stiff…"
