Same experience with us. We purchased a lot in Grandview Peaks in '06. We were very happy with our dealings with them.
Brandon, we purchased land from Fall Creek in 2007 and are in the process of building now. We found the salesman who worked with us and the company as a whole 100% honest and we recommend them highly. Good luck!
