Landscape Designs

We have a cabin near the Blue Ridge Parkway. We chose to go with French Drains, instead of gutters. With that being said, with French Drains we did not plant a flower bed in front. When coming up the driving way, well it looks kinda bear.  Does anyone have pics of landscaping with french drains that they can share.  Would appreciate any help.  Thanks.  CJ from Va.

Roger on Banff, that is beautiful. I'll tell my pooch you complimented her :-)

Do let us know if you ever head back this way.

Hi

Thank you very much, we do enjoy our huskies yes, and the real mushers do have a very hard time parting from their babies, reason being that as a dog grows and matures they change alot, just like children, some are cut out for pulling and some are not. Im moving back to Alberta this summer 2012, as it gets nearer to you making your trip, if driving let me know, maybe my daughter will have her sled team ready and can give you the experience of an amazing past time and way of life.

Hey CJ, like you, I haven't been here for quite a while. Now how could you visit and not call?  :-)

Actually the question should be how could you visit and not want to stay...Glacier Park is something else, isn't it? I remember on our first visit here I remarked to my wife..."Can you imagine that people actually LIVE here - year round"? A couple years later we became one of "them". Hope you enjoyed your visit and if you come back again, please give us a shout.
