Chalking vs Chinking ??

We have a log home that has been erected for 4+ years. The logs were down 1-2 years previous to the build. Shrinkage and movement has seem to stopped. The home is coved and chink less. But we still have air movement predominately in the corner notches but also in the odd horizontal line. It was built with the standard foam gaskets between logs.I would like to seal the home as best as I can to help with rocketing heating costs. "Two years is probably too late to reply but the deck is stamped concrete with a black powdered thats stamped in then washed off followed by a coating of clear sealent"
