"LOL  about 30% of  my customers end up building with cash because of the rates. Then they  finance when completed. There are so many hoops when it comes to that type of loan, some customers just want to move on."

Where have all the craftsmen gone

I came into construction under my great-grandfather, grandfather, and father.
