I came into construction under my great-grandfather, grandfather, and father. These were all strong willed opinionated, highly skilled men that worked by their own rules.There was a vast amount of freedom and individuality in the trades. These men didn't fit into a time schedule or corporate mentality. They would climb off the scaffolds at lunch and read the paper while having a beer and eating fresh meats and vegetables.
