Good luck with the new home building. Be sure to keep us all updated with your progress. About a hundred years ago I lived in Elizabeth City, NC for a couple of years. I do miss those Outer Banks of yours... but I wouldn't swap 'em for these Montana mountains... even if we do have to put up with a little snow in June every now and then.
