Owning a log home at a young age, is it possible?

I have wanted a log home since I was 11, I'm in my twenties now and I would like to begin building within the next 5 years. Im going to school for business and real-estate and want to work for a log home company. I have a good amount of money saved but for how big my dreams are Im not sure if its possible at such a young age. Is there anyone else that is younger and has a log home already?See More

Hello Michele, Here's the plan.Go to www.usaloghomes.com and learn all you can from this site.Find a little piece of ground in southern New Jersey and build your own log home. Work with the crew and learn from them. Apply for a Dealership with this company and use your education to run a successful log home business. My wife and I are Dealer/Builders for Katahdin Cedar Log Homes in the Mid Atlantic Region and we have a part of Jersey in our territory. Also, check out www.arborwall.com and let me know what you think. Good Luck, Jim and Pam-302-945-6706
