Any of you stain experts out there have any knowledge of Lifetime Wood Treatment from Canada??

Been reading a little about it, some say its a big scam others swear by it.

Mike: BB& T bank / United Community Bank (small bank but very log home friendly) and American Log Mortgage ( see below) Greg Ebersole is very good at what he does and would recommend him highly.

Hey Ed, Just wanted to let you know how much Julian and I enjoyed the discussion, pics, and information, all I have to do now is make the final choice on plan, some things were brought to my attention, so that is in the works, Mr. Dave is suppose to be sending some email things and I am planning on meeting with Beth soon, we came back to 10 degrees in Ky this am. I have many considerations to ponder and with a budget in mind this is all very challenging. We are planning on driving to the home office soon, just depends on Julians work. Thanks again. Ed, I am just now beginning to look into building a log home. Can you give me the "low down" on living in and maintaining a log home? What are some concerns I need to think about in caring for the home. I will be doing the maintaining myself with a retirement income. Is a log home more cost efficient after the initial outlay of cash to build? Thanks
