Pre-fab log home experience?

Has anyone built a prefab home such as BlueRidge or similar builders? We visited the factory recently and were impressed with the homes, we truly were expecting "log sided trailer" homes. We would love to hear from anyone living in one of these homes, is it equal quality to a site built package, are you happy with the home, would you have done anything different? Did the final cost end up about where you expected it? Thanks for any comments good or bad about these homes.
