Hey everyone--it's been about a month since our last post. While it seems like we didn't accomplish much, I guess when you step back and look at the big picture, we have. So as you can see by the title of the post, YES, we are still messing with the roof. But, we only have 1 day of some trim work left, so hopefully tomorrow we can close a chapter on it. Now that we are near the end of our construction phase, we are looking forward to the walk-through with Bob from Blue Ridge Log Cabins on Friday, 12/17. There are just a few very minor items we found that need to be tweaked. We will then be close to the modification of our construction loan, once the rest of the site is complete.
