The Log Home Neighborhood

An online log home community for log home enthusiasts.

Greg & I are in Chicago at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center to exhibit for Hiawatha Log Homes at the Log & Timber Frame Expo. Everyone is busy setting up their booths and we had a chance to walk around and see some great stuff! Check out these photos:

Shelley:

I wish I could have made it to this show, I had a number of other friends attend and I've already heard great things. About the ONLY downside to living in the Montana boonies is that you just can't get to anywhere else from here :-)

I'll be watching your blog for a full show report. I haven't attended a show since last fall and afterwards, I added this report to my website - what to expect at a log home show. Like you, I also got caught up in all the rustic furnishings and accessories.

Thanks, ~Tom

Hi dee - I must've looked at that copper tub a dozen times - it was gorgeous! The vendor was Pueblo Southwest. Here's the link.

Hi Shelley - what fun! I wish I was there too! - i love the big copper bath tub - who is the vendor? And of course the carvings and signs are always fun! I appreciate your pictures - thanks. If you have time a little update here there would be fun. Dee.
