Hi Kimberly, we went through wells fargo, and they found a bank to finance the construction loan because we are building it ourselves. Normandy Bank is financing until we are done, then Wells Fargo will take over from there!!! hope that helps!

Kimberly, Good morning! You've raised a good question....in as little as three years ago, you'd find several log home finance companies advertised in most of the popular log home magazines. In looking through some of my most recent issues, I'm not seeing any advertised. This is probably another by-product of the current market situation. However, I did find an article (Money Matters) in the March 2010 issue of LHL referring readers to American Home Bank (877-226-5242), as well as, Wells Fargo. The bank we used for our const-perm loan sold our loan on the secondary market to Usbank; Wells Fargo was also another one they used regularly. I hope you find this helpful. Best of luck to you!
