Hello Sandy...did you eradicate your vermin problem? My home is a 1 1/2 with a walkout basement, permachinked inside and out, and the little buggers still find spots to get into my home, in the cold months particularly. Problem area is more than likely the pony wall that is stick built and with cedar siding. I feed the birds here in the Okanagan, thus the seeds, thus the vermin....also the rattlesnakes. Life is interesting here.
