I still look a the real estate listings to see what is available and sometimes ask myself why do I want to drive myself nuts when there are so many great houses out there at even greater prices. I don't understand why I am willing to spend $400,000 building a log home when I could buy one for $300,000. My answer to myself is easy, when I personally looked at some of these houses, they looked better in the pictures than in real life. Having said that, if you are patient and have the time to go looking you will eventually find the perfect house. But if you follow my blog you will see what you are in for if you go it alone.
