Wow, what beautiful pictures of the mountains. You must be at a very high elevation. I've got a piece of property of of Jonathan Creek Rd. in a community called, Maple Springs and I'm at 3500 feet and I'm still looking up at the tops. You seem to be level or even over the tops.
Would love to see more of your house.

Hi Bob. The pictures are just breathtaking. You must be at a fairly high elevation since it appears that you are either looking across the mountain peaks or down onto them. Sure would like to see more pictures of the house. What you have shared with us looks great but you know us log home people, we want to see more.
I have property off Jonathan Creek Rd. in a community called Maple Springs. You would turn off Jonathan Creek road onto Coleman Mtn. road and head up. I'm not as high up as you but my wife and I are thrilled with our spot. We won't be doing any building until the start of 2010 but better late than never.

Hi Bob, I looked on the back of the calendar and it lists Jo Ridge Kelley's address as 33 North Main St, Waynesville, NC. If you go, look for a print of a man in the stream fly-fishing. That is our friend. His wife gave him that painting for his b-day one year. recently. It is in the 2007 calendar too.

Hi Bob, Could not help notice you live in Waynesville. Friends of ours have property there and will retire there. The photos you posted are amazing. Have you heard of an artist named Jo Ridge Kelley? Our friends gave us a 2007 calendar of hers that I could not part with when Jan 08 rolled around! We have property in Deep Creek Lake MD. I would choose the NC mountains (we lived in Charlotte and Cola SC for years) but it just does not snow enough there for skiing. Otherwise, it would be just perfect.
